How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours where possible (business days only).
- Australia: 2–6 business days (domestic)
- New Zealand: 6–10 business days
- United Kingdom / United States / Canada / Ireland / Singapore: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 9–14 business days

Can I get a refund if I simply change my mind?
While the Australian Consumer Law does not require businesses to offer refunds for change of mind, we provide a 7-day goodwill return policy if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
Do your products come with a warranty?
